Positive The gentleman handling our reservation went way above his duties to make us comfortable. The system was down and he had to contact everyone and anyone, to ensure we could get into a room ASAP. He was helpful,accommodating and respectful. He made sure we were comfortable with our room. He deserves a raise and a reward or recognition for what he did to help us
