Positive Friendly staff - from the patient and personable Travis at reception to the cleaning staff who refused tips and the valet parking guys always greeted us with a smile. The room was clean and well appointed. The bed was comfortable although I do wonder how often the duvet gets washed (it was between two sheets and not in a cover). The shower was hot was fantas
