Positive The check-in was quick, the lady at the front desk was very pleasant and answered all of our questions. Our refrigerator was not working when we checked in, however, when we left and returned. It had been corrected and was working fine. The staff got right on the issue.

Positive This was our first time ever staying at Springhill Suites. This hotel was very nice, clean and friendly. The staff greeted us before we arrived to the desk. The rooms were clean and fresh.
