Positive The facilities themselves were nice and clean. The team's willingness to resolve an issue was appreciated. Breakfast was also good.

Positive The rooms were NOT cheap and to have to pay an additional $20 pp for a buffet breakfast was not expected. A small continental breakfast option would have been nice (at no cost) if a full breakfast was not required. Staff were polite and helpful and the rooms were very modern and clean. A very nice surprise based on the neighborhood in which it was located.
