Positive The decor and ambience was fun! Front desk staff was very helpful with my request. We were immediately accommodated with a new room. Initially we were placed right next door to a family of what sound like 8 loud kids, and I asked to be moved. Location of property is pretty great. Along water front, right near downtown and easy access to bridges or freeway.

Positive great location for mt Moda Center Springsteen concert and downtown wanderings, an available room was ready early (1:00 p.m. AND a river view!) - lucky me, Kennedy at front desk was extra personable and even remembered and addressed me by name later in the day - nice touch
