Positive The staff was quick to assist me in getting what I needed. A staff member fixed my toilet issue. Another staff, Jennifer, was able to get me new keys for the ones I lost. Alicia was quick on getting me linens and I appreciated how Tamekia provided me with extra tissue and towels that I needed. Lastly Pam helped me with my reservation.
