    Positive The room was ideal for my purposes. I was visiting family and just needed a place to sleep and for self-maintenance. It had all I needed, including a fridge. Also things I didn't need - stovetop, iron, microwave (? can't remember). No carpet, but the floor was new "hardwood". Soap, but no shampoo. Heating and plumbing worked well.
