Positive Karen is absolutely amazing, her warmth and dedication to you as a guest will not be forgotten. The property is in a perfect location for quick affordable Lyft/uber rides to the beach and walking distance to The shops on beach st. Didn’t want to leave.

Positive Karen was such a generous warm spirited hostess. The Victorian home is just well maintained, beautifully decorated. Great location.. our morning breakfasts were absolutely perfect. The little extras where outstanding. We will be back.
