Positive Very cute with great decorations of New Mexico.It was nice to have a fireplace but it owuld have been nice to have more comfortable chairs in the room. The hotel overall was quaint but a major problem is most things don't start till 7 am...as an east coast traveler, this is rather late.

Positive The Hacienda was great! The butler and all service staff were so gracious and accommodating. It's obvious that they have been well trained, but also that they care for their guests. The complimentary shuttle service was amazing and much appreciated! We learned a little bit of history from the driver's "tour guide" commentary as he drove us through Santa Fe.

Positive EVERYTHING!!!! The staff was 10+ , the butler service was above amazing !! The room was gorgeous and the food was fantastic
