Positive It was clean and near everything. We go at the beginning of the off season and it's pretty quiet too.

Positive There was plenty of parking, the room was beautiful, the location was right across from The Casino Ballroom (I was seeing a show there) and a short walk to many of the restaurants around. Staff was very friendly. I went there off-season (October), so it was a very chill vibe around Hampton Beach.
