Positive Clean , street parking in front of location , host offered often forgotten toiletries. Spacious for a nice gathering . The rooftop view was nice. Sunrise was awesome to see. Good communication from the host before during and after the stay. Would recommend and will see available next time I'm heading to town , Go Birds !
