Positive Staff! I was there for work and happened to be St. Patrick’s Day - all staff were so kind and helpful even with thousands of people around. They were ways kind to assist with questions, helping with packages/opening doors, etc. Restaurant staff were lovely as well, Jose and Juan were awesome!

Positive i got a corner room on the 33rd floor. Not the "river view" side, but because it was the corner i could see the river. I loved the windows on two sides of the room, At night i loved the city lights. Great room.
