Positive The staff was excellent! The general manager was fantastic and he deserves a huge raise for all the crap he deals with daily! The room was very clean, comfortable and so accessible for mobility challenged people. The pools were beautiful and clean, the grounds were beautiful and clean and every single employee was doing something. The location was fantastic
