Positive The staff were more than helpful. Desiree at the front desk went above and beyond to assist us. We were there because my husband had surgery scheduled for Friday. We had several things with us due to his disability and she helped me to get everything upstairs without incident.

Positive Everyone was so friendly, the bed was so comfortable and the lounge was just right. Nice space for people to relax and unwind after days at the hospital. Coffee was great downstairs.
