    Positive Awesome location to wake up to the voices of seagulls, stroll to Alki beach for a morning coffee or evening sunset. The bed was comfortable. I also enjoyed chilling out on the deck. There’s a generous supply of cold water bottles, breakfast items and snacks.

    Positive Kate and Mardy are fabulous hosts. Property well located 1/2 block from water and fun water front street. Restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and tourists shops line the street. Property very clean, updated, well stocked, dry, comfortable temperature control, nothing out of place. Lighting plentiful. Kitchenette very functional for eating, not for cooking. Park
