    Positive Property was super clean, had all the basics already there, and very comfortable overall. The heating and hot water work perfectly and quickly so you won’t be cold while you’re there. Check-in and -out were easy and Marcelo, the host, is really helpful. Very close to the main street where all the buses pass by (and a 15 min walk away from Newark Penn Station
