    Positive Richard or host was easy to contact was available 24-7 if you need him Convient location nice neighborhood away from the crowds but 5 to 15 minutes from the beaches 5 minutes to Dunedin 15 to Clearwater only 5 minutes to blue days stadium 10 minutes to Phillies stadium Plenty of restaurants and Shopping centers only 5 minutes from the house Relaxing vacation

    Positive Richard was awesome, he was very quick to respond to all of my messages. The home was exactly what we needed. This was the 1st time I was able to take my girls and their families on a family trip, thank you Richard for making it happen!

    Positive Honestly, the property was clean and well kept. It had 3 rooms and 2 full bathrooms. Helpful when you have kids. The master room was super confortable. The kids enjoyed the games and their bunked beds. If you plan to cook, do bring your own spices and seasoning.
