    Positive Amazing family place! We have toddlers, this place has a splash pad, play ground, and basketball court!! Absolutely beautiful cozy neighborhood. It feels like you are staying in a Hallmark movie. It is a gated community with amazing security staff, they were very welcoming and knowledgeable. Target, Sam's and bunch of stores across the street, a plus side 18
