Positive The property is very beautifully renovated - The rooms are on the larger side for NYC so I loved how big my room was. Temperature of the rooms were very pleasant. Positive The W-New York Times Square is our favorite hotel in the city and always our first choice. Nothing beats the location - close to subways, excellent dining, and the charming farmer's market. The staff is top notch - we frequently feel like we've made new friends each visit because the staff is so engaging. It is a treat to stay at this property.

Positive Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Location is prime to Union Square Station. The Welcome cocktail was a lovely touch. Bar lounge is stunning with excellent cocktails, dj and vibe.
