Positive Most things were completely fine and we had a good stay. Despite the hot water issues the staff were great and gave us codes for a different floor so we didn't really mind.

Positive Great location, right next to Central Park and an easy walk to time square! Close to bus stops and subway stations. So many shops, cafes and restaurants close by.
