    Positive Owners/staff were awesome - lots of info ahead of time, readily available when the code for our room didn't work (it had worked previously, but the door had become jammed somehow). The room was amazing and the location fantastic for skiing at Whiteface.

    Positive This place went above and beyond. We forgot our spoons. I reacted out and they literally came right over and personally brought over spoons for us. This was absolutely more than we could have asked for. Thank you again. I highly recommend and will be returning.

    Positive The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the location is perfect for skiing Whiteface Mountain. The family owners were so friendly and responsive throughout our stay.
