    Positive The property was very clean and well appointed. It felt like a home not a college flip house. The heat was a bit high and no thermostat could be found.

    Positive Our history was super helpful, the apartment is beautiful and very well appointed. The stairs were a bit steep but fine for us, there was plenty of parking and the kitchen was very well stocked.
