Positive Excellent hotel where the rooms were equiped with all the facilities that our family needed including a hot tub. It also had a drying room for the laundry which was very convenient. The hotel is located in an excellent location about 10 minutes walk to Tenjin area and 20 minutes walk to Hakata Station with many eateries and convenient stores around it.

Positive Close to everything, we were greeted by someone upon arrival, they agreed to early check in and it was raining hard that day. Very nice and clean and spacious.
