Positive Helpful and quaint staff, amazing private and public baths of both Kin and Gin, easy to reserve the private bath, cute pajamas, free ice water outside of the public bath, rooms are small but just fine.

Positive The staff were so friendly and helpful. One person spoke very good English. There were free drinks (hot & cold) at the lobby area. They have 4 private onsens to book for 45 mins in addition to the shared onsens. We tired the outdoor private onsen but preferred the shared onsen which also had an outdoor onsen. They have 2 types of onsen water and the hotel is
