    Positive The ryoken staff were extremely welcoming, the room was immaculate, the food was Michelin Star quality, and the atmosphere was serene and surreal. I would recommend this stay to anyone looking for a truly traditional ryoken experience. Oh and the onsen was amazing. I don't have any reference for what other onsens are like but for a first experience I feel I'

    Positive Wonderful place to relax and enjoy a ryokan experience. Pretty garden next to the waterfall. 2 onsens with both the local "gold" and "silver" water. Very comfortable futons. Meals were tremendous! with Kobe beef and local seafood. Staff is attentive and helpful, but not intrusive. They were welcoming to foreign guests.
