Positive The have a wonderful onsen. The location is terrific. Very close to Matsuyama castle and shopping at Mitsukoshi. Staff at the front desk are very friendly and very helpful.

Positive The hotel reception is on the 13th floor or something, so that was interesting. Rooms have reasonable views for most of them. I only stayed for one night, so I didn't get the full taste of this place. The location was nice, though, as it's next to okaido, which is a nice shotengai.

Positive The location is terrific, close to tram station, restaurants, and stores yet quiet. The room was decent sized and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and the restaurant had wonderful views. Staff were professional and very helpful.
