Positive Excellent location, right next to the JR station in the city centre. Extremely wide selection of foods for breakfast, with local ingredients featured eminently. Excellent service and cleanliness. Excellent onsen facilities.

Positive The front desk staff were helpful and professional. We were particularly impressed by the staff serving the breakfast who were all very courteous, friendly and hardworking constantly replenishing food and collecting the used dishes. The room was made up and cleaned well every day. The location of the hotel is excellent being right next to the Matsuyama City

Positive the location is great just next to the Matsuyama city station and the Tram station; we can easily start to explore the whole city. The breakfast is also great; the food line represented the remarkable local product. The breakfast room also has a great view of the city
