    Positive To start, I had to check-in later an hour later than usually accepted due to my flight timing, despite this the staff was absolutely lovely, informative and even paid my taxi fare from Kitaoji Station to the accommodation. The room and facilities were convenient, clean and fairly spacious. They also paid for my taxi fare from the accommodation to Kitaoji Sta

    Positive The owner was very friendly and welcoming right after we reached the nearby station, and the following service was phenomenal. We had 4 big luggages, but he helped us carry all the way up to the 4th floor (no elevator unfortunately, so make sure to carry a moderate amount for your own sake).
