Positive Property was fantastic and very comfortable. We loved trying the traditional Japanese room to sleep. The area was lovely and quiet and felt like a refuge from the crowds in central Kyoto. Einar was so helpful and very kind with recommendations and instructions. We would stay again if we come back to Kyoto and recommend it to friends and family!

Positive House had so much character, conveniently located. Heaters worked great, beds were comfortable and plugs were available to use. All amenities available. Owner was incredibly kind and assisted however they could.

Positive Everything, so cozy and comfortable! Fully recommend this to anyone who likes the quieter side of Kyoto! The owners went above and beyond to provide recommendations and to help with any questions. The house is also very cute with a lot of charm and detail. I personally loved the bath tub, it was really deep! Really close to a large temple area as well, a lit
