    Positive Cozy, homely and feel so relaxed and welcomed there. Though there was a language barrier, staff was very patient and we used Google translate to communicate. Food was superb and the bed was very comfortable.

    Positive Le bain privé était une belle surprise. La chambre traditionnelle était spacieuse et parfaitement chauffée. Le repas était bon et copieux. Le personnel très accueillant. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour encore merci à eux.

    Positive 位置非常之近湯田及酒店備有獨立停車場非常方便、最令我們滿意的就是晚餐及早餐，不論是食物的味道，品種及質素都非常之好及豐富。而且更有獨立之溫泉浸浴房間，真係非常之貼心及舒適。而且所有姨姨都非常之親切友善，即使大家言語不通，但她們亦非常之耐心及使用即時翻譯機跟所有客人作溝通去介紹食物及設施之使用。但由於酒店是傳統的日式旅館，所以唯一可以挑剔的就是須要搬行李上落樓梯。
