    Positive Location is great! You're pretty much in Tenjin center and can walk to Hakata area, so perfect spot. The host is very sweet and accomodating! Room is nice as well. Overall very good value for your money I'd say :)

    Positive The lady was super nice, the place was quiet and had shower times so we did not have any issues with loud noise even though the walls were kinda thin and you could hear people talking in the next room, but still educated so they did not shout or talk loudly. You can use the kitchen from morning until midnight. Breakfast was ok and you also had cups in the ro
