    Positive The property is beautifully designed with a traditional Japanese atmosphere. The garden is peaceful and well maintained, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the location is quiet yet convenient for exploring Kyoto.

    Positive Denshin-An is remarkable in so many ways. The location is perfect for sightseeing but it is also a destination in itself. The villa’s historical elements have been carefully preserved with all the modern comforts and conveniences added in seamlessly. The garden views are breathtaking and the whole place is very peaceful. Everything about it feels intentional

    Positive Exceptional experience. Out of all the visits and experiences we had in Japan, this is definitely one of the most memorable - I doubt you can find a more beautiful, typical, traditional Japanese house, as well preserved and with such a garden. Our host Hiro-san was also really nice and always happy to help.
