    Positive Where do I start? Rose was attentive, helpful, and prompt with her responses. She even helped us get checked in and heat running which saved me Google translate brain power. Having two toilets was clutch. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking breakfast and simple meals. It was spacious and clean. The location near Arashiyama bamboo forest let us go there

    Positive The location was great and the accommodation was clean and spacious. They left the aircon and light on for us and it was much appreciated being a hot and humid day. There was so much room with great facilities for cooking if that was our intention though we were so close to a lot of food options.
