Positive Located in a Japanese neighborhood, not a tourist area. 5 minute walk to the train station, only a couple stops to popular Tokyo attractions. 7-Eleven and Lawsons close by.

Positive The location of the property was amazing, just a short walk to Itabashi station and surrounded by numerous restaurants and a convenience store right around the corner.

Positive The room was very good for the price. The location was convenient—just a 5-minute walk to the sub-station and about 30 minutes on foot to Ikebukuro Station. It's a great base for exploring Tokyo, but not ideal for relaxing, as multiple couples may be staying in the same house. The facilities were excellent and perfect for sleeping and showering.
