Positive Good location, near train stations, shopping, less busy area of town. Staff was very formal, but kind. A good place to stay if you are looking for an elegant, upscale feel.

Positive Easy access to the station, complete and quick check in procedure. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Excellent room service! Staff were responsive and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We actually left something behind in our room and they forwarded it on for us to our next hotel!

Positive We did not have breakfast, but we did use laundry service, which was impeccably done. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Proximity to Osaka station gave a lot of travel options for every area of the city and the airport. We were fortunate to have a lovely South facing view of the city which we enjoyed very much.
