Positive I booked through booking.com, and requested rooms for 13 people, however when I got there it was only for 10, and there was alot of confusion, so I just booked another room. We were tired and had a hard time getting to the hotel as we thought the shuttle was from the Shinkansen, but it was from the JR so we spent too much time walking around looking with a m

Positive Great stay for families. The hotel is in a very convenient location, not far from Osaka Station, and close to the Floating Sky Bridge, which was nice to visit. The rooms are spacious, especially for a family with kids, which made our stay very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options. Overall, a pleasant and practical hotel in Osaka.
