    Positive What a great stay! The staff was super friendly and accommodating, the room was wonderful, with a mix of traditional and modern ryokan feeling that made me feel instantly welcome and sad I wasn't staying for longer! The location was great, perfectly situated for getting to walk around Kusatsu and get to all three of the main public baths without any feeling

    Positive It was amazing! The location is central. It takes just a short walk to see most attractions. Our ryokan (Moegi) was spacious and so beautiful. The lady at the reception is a very kind soul and made us feel so welcome. The pudding made by her husband as a welcome gift was delicious. This was one of my favorite places from our three week vacation.
