    Positive Great location-close to the city square and across the street from a great large public onsen (Ōtaki no Yu). Very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was nice, free laundry available, friendly staff, and lots of extras provided (like yukata, towels, waters, toiletries, etc.). Had a great stay.

    Positive I went for the private bath on balcony and it was fantastic. The customer service was also great. On my last day they even gave me an umbrella for my walk to bus station. I wouldn't say that's a perk to expect every time, but just shows how much customer service is a priority for them
