Positive I felt the experience was a mixed bag. We stayed in the annex and the rooms were pretty comfortable. The breakfast the next day was basic (american style) but cute and filling enough. The observatory show was interesting though not outstanding.

Positive I thought that I had booked a room but I had accidentally booked an adventure. The hotel has a planetarium and an observatory with the second largest telescope in Kyushu. You get a planetarium show and an actual telescope experience. Plus, they take you outside for sky gazing, a campfire and hot drinks ( including muled wine).
