Positive Although not all staff members speak English, they are incredibly friendly and always willing to help, which made our stay very pleasant. The meals were beautifully prepared and delicious, showcasing great attention to detail. The room was spacious and came with a private hot spring bath — such a wonderful way to relax. There are also many hiking trails near

Positive This was pure luxury! The rooms were incredible, the private onsen was a dream, the food was delicious and novel every night, the staff were extremely responsive and accommodating. All of the facilities are well kept and the public onsen was beautiful. Honestly this is the height of luxury in Aso, I would stay again in a heartbeat!
