Positive The staff was warm, helpful, and welcoming. We checked in late as our plane was delayed and we walked from the train station to the hotel in the rain. Before I could begin checking in the desk clerk ran to get a box of tissues for me to wipe off my glasses so I could see. Our room was lovely, clean and well stocked with every necessity.
