    Positive The location is excellent, and they attended to all of my pre-arrival requests, which I truly appreciate. Breakfast was lovely, and everything was convenient and worked perfectly. Best of all, the place isn't swamped with tourists, so I can still enjoy some peace and quiet in Takanawa!

    Positive - nice front staff who explained everything thoroughly about the cleaning schedule especially. We had one full cleaning but could request new towels and emptying of the trash anytime. - ideal location right next to a subway line, the yamanote line, and JR station, GREAT ! - there were works while we were there (works, draining of pipes, regular disinfection)
