Positive It was very clean and quiet. The staff were kind and helpful. I appreciated the shuttle service to airport. Also, the public bath was a nice surprise. It was clean with perfect water temperature of tub. Breakfast was well prepared and delicious. This hotel is a nice place to relax. I would recommend it to my friends and family.

Positive Good location, near 7/11 and a few restaurants. Have there own onsen bath (good) and spacious room. I had a private room with two double bed. Nice for my first day in Japan (if you dont want to gay straight to Tokyo, it’s a good option to spend a day a visit the Naritasan Shinsho-ji shrine and eat eel. Also saw my first Cherry Blossom there (end of January)
