Positive Location perfect! Only 5 monorail stations to the hotel from the airport. Accessible by elevator all the way to the hotel. Train stations’s pedestrian bridge is connected to the hotel, and also Naha Bus Terminal. Staff are all very hospitable. We arrived a bit late due to flight delay, and hotel restaurant was about to close, but they were ready with a map w

Positive This is an upscale hotel with a reasonable rate. The location is convenient—only a short walk to the day tour pickup point and Naha Kokusai Dori Shopping Street. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly. The only downside is that the staff weren’t able to communicate well in English. However, I highly recommend this stay in Naha.

Positive Very friendly and professional staff. Also they had lots of patience for us as we did not speak Japanese. Everyone from front desk staff and especially restaurant staff were extremely helpful and patient as we ordered. Breakfast buffet was excellent as was the dinner roast beef and Wagyu.
