    Positive Very comfortable place in an awesome location. Heating was amazing as it was so cold some of the days we stayed. The place was clean and had everything we needed for the stay. Not too far to walk to get to Shin-Koiwa station or the Keisei line and the walks were so nice. Comfortable bedding. The rooftop terrace was lovely to sit at in the daytime and soak up
