    Positive Incredibly attentive staff, super professional, and also spoke a pretty good amount of English The room was truly luxurious while still feeling traditional, especially the private bath, which was in great condition The dinner and breakfast were some of the best meals we had on our trip Loved how everything was sakura/flower themed

    Positive A classic ryokan experience. The food was very well-prepared and presented. There were many nice little amenities in the rooms and hotel, and the staff was unfailingly kind and helpful. Like all the ryokans in Noboribetsu, you are steps away from Hell Valley Park and the little shops and restaurants in town.
