Positive This place is away from the main town and we enjoyed its mountain location and being in the country. Not having a car made travel a bit more challenging. It is within walking distance of the ropeway which made for convenient travel to some of the sites. It was very quiet when we were there and we found that very peaceful

Positive The rooms we had were wonderful and had so much space! The futon beds were super comfortable and probably the best things I've ever slept on lol. And the Onsen downstairs was lovely as well, I didn't think I'd be allowed as I have some tattoos but the staff said it was perfectly ok!

Positive The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. Unfortunately, due to the weather, we couldn’t see Mount Fuji, but the view was still wonderful. The Ubako ropeway station is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Dinner is served from 7 p.m.; we arrived at 8 p.m. but still enjoyed it fully. There are no shops nearby, but the area is very peaceful. The onsen was excell
