    Positive Hands down best hotel experience i have ever been in Japan. This place took me by surprise. From the second you step foot the experience is just incredible. It's clean It's quite The staff are very kind and well trained. The food is truly exceptional. The room is truly impressive. All in all not single bad thought. We are actually planning to return soon.
