Positive I didn't know breakfast was available. At check in they just said it wasn't included.
Jason Verified guest review

Positive Staff was too much and super helpful. Great location
Layne Verified guest review

Positive I loved the kitchenette and washing machine in the room—that was super nice to be able to make tea and wash our clothes halfway through the trip! Our room was also very spacious for Tokyo stays (balcony, full bathroom with door not off of bed, kitchenette). Staff was incredibly friendly and the location was on a quiet street close to everything.
