Positive Pool with patio. Little football/basketball court. Owner was clear in communication through WhatsApp and very responsive to our requests. Good price. Small kid's playground Pool towels provided as well as football, basketball and pool ball. Convenience store at the corner Chedraui and walmart supermarkets within walking distance, as well as places to eat. AC
